 While beau Salman Khan was busy taking King Khan down on Kat’s 24th birthday bash, the birthday girl was busy carrying on with her own cold war with her future sister-in-law Malaika Arora Khan.
Just when you thought that it was the Sallu-SRK brawl that was the news of the day we are being told that the guests were amused to see some important absentees.
Yes, we are talking about the ongoing cold war between Katrina and Malaika Arora Khan. But thankfully for the beauties, before everybody present could wag their tongues on the war between the Khan Bahus, the Sallu and SRK panga took the centre stage.
According to reports, Arbaaz’s wife Malaika can’t stand Sallu’s girl. In fact we are told that the two can’t stand the very sight of each other.
And that’s the reason that even after being specially invited along with hubby Arbaaz, the chaiya-chaiya girl decided to give the bash a miss and chose to shoot, while poor Arbaaz went to the party all by himself.

Salman's Veer starts rolling |

 All the speculations around Salman Khan's Veer can now stop. The period film, scripted by Salman Khan is all set to go on the floors on August 6.
Apparently the Khans have even found a new girl to play the lead. However no one is ready to reveal her identity. Sohail Khan and Mithun Chakraborty have also been signed to essay some very important characters in the film.
Sajid-Wajid have composed the music for this movie produced by Vijay Ghalani. Director Anil Sharma tells us, "Veer is going on floors on August 6 as planned. A huge set has been erected at Mehboob Studios in Bandra. This film is set in the 1800s. We will start the shoot with a song picturisation. We have also finalised the girl but we don't want to disclose the details. Sohail and Mithun are playing vital characters in this film"
Veer is a period film written by Salman Khan and will see him play the role of a good samaritan.
