Isn't Salman Khan just the best boyfriend in the whole wide world? Not only has he served as Kats' launch pad but he also made sure that her 24th birthday was the most special day of her life.

According to IBN7, Salman threw his lady love a surprise birthday party at his Bandstand apartment on July 16. It has also been said that Aamir Khan sent her an SMS wishing her and later made a guest appearance at her party. Surprising indeed!

But interestingly enough Katrina's Singh Is Kinng and Welcome co-star Akshay Kumar was nowhere to be seen. What's more is that Salman personally put together the guest list. Hmm...
