Riding BikeSalman Khan, who shares an emotional bond with Ravi Chopra, readily agreed to give his dates for a cameo in Banda Yeh Bindaas Hai. All it took was one call to Australia where Khan was shooting for Main Aur Mrs Khanna. Since Khan is doing the role gratis, Chopra has decided to repay Sallu by gifting him the latest Ducati sportsbike.

According to a source from the unit, "Salman has done walk-on cameos in all of Chopra's recent flicks from Baghbaan to Baabul. He immediately gave him the dates over the phone while he was shooting in Australia.

The day after he landed in Mumbai after his shoot in Australia, he went straight to the producer-director's sets in Film City and shot his bits with Govinda and the other actors."

The source further adds, "Salman didn't charge a single penny and in one call, committed to the movie. Knowing his passion for bikes, Ravi has ordered the latest Ducati sportsbike, tagged at roughly around Rs 25 lakhs."
Banda Yeh Bindaas Hai is an official remake of courtroom comedy, My Cousin Vinny where Govinda plays a lawyer. Salman's cameo also sees his him don a lawyer's robes. The comic caper also stars Tabu and Lara Dutta.
