By now it is common knowledge that Salman Khan has a heart so large as to carry the love of his millions of loyal fans. From that heart itself, the Samaritan Khan reciprocates the love of fans.
This was more than evident when we spotted Salman Khan meeting up with his two special fans in the photos that have been doing the rounds on the internet.
The two brothers, Vishal and Aman, suffer from muscular dystrophy and are wheelchair bound. Obviously, unlike other fans of Salman they cannot follow the superstar and ask for autographs. So the superstar came to them himself, once again proving that no matter how big a star he becomes, he is still down to earth and connected to his fans.
