Things may be sour between Salman Khan and the original Inspector Vijay of Zanjeer Amitabh Bachchan but he has struck up a very healthy friendship with the new-age Vijay, i.e. Ram Charan Teja who reprises Big B’s role in the remake of the film. A biryani was parcelled and Teja became Salman Khan’s khaas banda.
Let us tell how these two became friends. Ram Charan is in Mumbai shooting the remake. When Salman got a wind of it, he sent some home made Biryani to the sets of the movie for him. In fact, he insisted that they meet often since the South actor will be mostly in Mumbai now for the shoot. A source informed that Ram Charan also received a dinner invitation to Salman’s house recently. He made sure to be present there and if the source is to be believed, both had a great time. Knowing Salman, we are sure Teja must have got some valuable tips on how to build a fabulous body. They did a whale of good to Hrithik Roshan and recently, Arjun Kapoor. So, Teja has no reason to not to follow them.
It seems Ram Charan is in for some much needed good luck thanks to Salman. He may be a huge star down south but for Bollywood he is a newcomer. In such a case, having Salman Khan’s support is a big deal for him. If Ram Charan continues to be in Khan’s good books without overstepping his boundaries, he can expect to be in Bollywood’s beck and call forever.
